No, our Palm software will only run on the older, Palm OS platform. Our applications will not run on the Palm webOS platform.
- After my purchase, how will my registration code be given to me?
Your registration code will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days.

After your purchase, your registration code will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days.
If you do not receive your registration or purchase confirmation e-mail, please check your spam, bulk, or quarantined e-mail folder, as your spam filters did not allow the e-mail to reach your inbox.

- Why isn't the application accepting my registration code?
If you are upgrading to a new version of an application, please view our upgrade policy.
Each registration corresponds to the HotSyncID (Palm) or Owner Name (Pocket PC) submitted at the time of purchase. In most cases, registration problems result when the HotSyncID/Owner Name provided at the time of purchase does not match the one used on the handheld. If you are having difficulty entering your registration code, first, make sure that you are using the HotSyncID/Owner Name that you provided at the time of purchase on your handheld. If, after doing this, you are still having difficulty entering your code, please contact us.
- I have lost my registration code. What can I do?
You can find your registration code by viewing your purchase/registration confirmation e-mail.
If you are unable to find your purchase/registration confirmation e-mail, we may be able to look up your order if you provide us with enough information to verify your purchase. We currently do this as a courtesy as time permits but may not be able to do so in the future.
Please note that, ultimately, you are responsible for keeping a record of your registration code for future reference.

- I have purchased the application. Why is it telling me that my trial period has expired?
After purchasing the application, you must enter your registration code to remove the trial period time limit or game limit.
Also, if your handheld runs out of power or if you need to perform a hard reset on it (which erases all the data), then after you sync to restore all of your data, you may need to re-enter your registration code. Therefore, you should save your registration code for future reference.
To enter the registration code:
- From the Trial Period Expired window, tap the Register button, enter the code, and tap the OK button.

- From within the program, select "Options: Enter Registration Code" from the menu, enter the code, and tap the OK button.
After you enter the code, to check the registration status, select "Info: About..." from the menu.

- Can I use an application if I change my handheld device or HotSyncID/Owner Name?
Each registration corresponds to the HotSyncID (Palm) or Owner Name (Pocket PC) submitted at the time of purchase. You can use the registration code that you purchased on any handheld device as long as you continue to use the HotSyncID/Owner Name that you provided at the time of purchase. If you change your HotSyncID/Owner Name and would like to purchase an additional registration code, please contact us, as we offer discounts to registered users.
- How do I change my HotSyncID (Palm)?
To change your HotSyncID to match the one that you provided at the time of purchase, do the following:
- In Palm Desktop, select "Tools: Users..." from the menu
- Select the username/HotSyncID that you want to change
- Click on the "Rename..." button and change the username
- HotSync your Palm (this will change your HotSyncID on your Palm)
- How do I change my Owner Name (Pocket PC)?
To change your Owner Name to match the one that you provided at the time of purchase, do the following:
- Exit Spellbound by selecting "Options: Exit" from the Spellbound menu
- Select Settings from the Start menu on your Pocket PC
- Under the Personal tab, select Owner Information
- Change the Name field to the Owner Name provided at the time of purchase
- Tap the "ok" button
- I am looking for an application not listed on your website. What can I do?
After you have downloaded and purchased an application, you are responsible for keeping a backup copy of it. We provide downloads of currently active applications. However, we do not provide downloads of discontinued applications.
- Can I run MyWeek through one of the icons in Date Book?
- How do I set my Date Book button to run MyWeek?
MyWeek can't be run through the icons in Date Book. However, you can set your Date Book button to run MyWeek and create Date Book items from within MyWeek. You can also tap and hold on the day headers in MyWeek to jump directly to any day in Date Book. To set your Date Book button, follow these steps:
- Go to the 'System' category (use arrow in upper right corner of screen)
- Select the 'Prefs' icon
- Go to the 'Buttons' section
- Under the Date Book button, select the MyWeek application
- Can I use my desktop computer to create and edit Date Book and To Do List items and have the changes reflected in MyWeek on my Palm handheld?
Yes, since MyWeek uses the same databases as the built-in Date Book and To Do List applications on your Palm handheld, you can use Palm Desktop (*) on your computer to create and edit your Date Book and To Do List items. Any changes that you make will be reflected in MyWeek on your Palm handheld after you HotSync.
(*) Note: MyWeek will sync with any desktop application that you normally use to sync the built-in Date Book and To Do List data on your Palm handheld.
- I cannot expand MyWeek to fullscreen on my Palm Tungsten T3 handheld because the virtual graffiti arrow is grayed out. What can I do?
In order to expand MyWeek to fullscreen on your Tungsten T3, you will need to install the following two prc files onto your handheld:
AppSlipRotate.prc
StatusBarLib.prc
These files have been provided by Palm and are required for third party applications to utilize the full resolution of the Tungsten T3.

Note: These files should only be installed on Palm Tungsten T3 handhelds, not other models. If you can already expand MyWeek to fullscreen on your Tungsten T3, then you do not need to install these files.

To access the Spellbound menu, tap the menu icon in the lower left corner of the graffiti area. Or if your Palm handheld has a keyboard, to access the Spellbound menu, press the menu button on the keyboard (consult your user's manual for details). This is how you can access the menu in any Palm application.

Our applications are shareware. They are fully functional for a free trial period. Before purchasing, you should download, install, and try the application. Once an application has been purchased, the sale is final and no refunds will be given.

We will not share any of the personal information that you provide to us with outside parties unless we have contracted with a third party to provide services on our behalf (e.g., our online store) or we are required to by law. If you purchase our software, we keep a record of your registration information for internal use, as we may at times need to verify your order or contact you about an update for an application you have purchased. Because our payments are processed by PayPal, the information that you provide during purchase is also governed by PayPal's privacy policy.
