To toggle the view to Saturday only, tap on the left half of the diamond in between the Saturday and Sunday headers. The header and diamond will change to indicate which day you are viewing. 4. To Do items (in the order of your To Do List sorting preference)

11. Icons

To use icons in MyWeek, you must first install an icon database onto your handheld. Icons can be obtained in one of the following ways:
  1. Use an icon set created by a third party icon developer

  2. Create your own icons using an application such as Icon Manager by Christopher Antos
NOTES:
  • This information is provided for information only. NJ Software is not affiliated with third party icon developers.

  • MyWeek includes icon support for Palm OS 3.5 and higher.

  • MyWeek is compatible with most icon sets currently available for Palm calendar applications. However, we suggest testing a demo version of an icon set before purchasing it to make sure that it is compatible with MyWeek as well as the color and resolution of your handheld device.

  • MyWeek reads in one icon database at a time. Thus, if you wish to switch to a different icon set, you must uninstall the old icon set before installing the new one.

  • If you wish to use icons from more than one icon set in MyWeek, you can combine the icons from both sets into one set using an application such as Icon Manager.

  • If you have assigned icons from one icon set to items in MyWeek and then switch to a different icon set at a later point in time, the icons displayed in MyWeek will either change or not be displayed, depending on whether the icon ID # that is currently associated with an item can be found in the new icon set.

  • MyWeek tracks the icon associated with an individual item by placing text in the note of the item (e.g., #MW Icn 25) followed by a line break. This special text cannot be seen from within MyWeek and will not affect normal, item note functionality. However, if you view the item from within an application other than MyWeek, you will see the special text. Please do not modify this text, as doing so will prevent icons from displaying correctly in MyWeek. If you choose to stop using icons at any point, select "Settings: Preferences" from the menu to remove icons from all items (except for category icons). This will also remove all special text associated with icons placed by MyWeek in the note fields of any items.
